At Race Craft, we are committed to delivering your high-performance gear as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and estimated delivery timelines.

1. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Whether you are ordering a leather racing jacket or technical touring gear, the price you see at checkout is the final price.

2. Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second email with tracking information will be sent as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.

  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • UAE Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, local courier delays, or high-demand seasons may occasionally impact these timelines.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to a wide range of international destinations. However, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs & Duties: Depending on your country’s regulations, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

  • Tracking: All international orders include tracking so you can monitor your package from our door to yours.

5. Address Accuracy

To ensure your gear reaches you without delay, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Race Craft cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
